Our Rates

Cabins:
$90.00 per night ~ double occupancy.
$10.00 per extra person up to four (4).
No more than (6) persons per cabin.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.


We provide NO daily maid service during cabin rental.
Note: No Pets or Smoking in Cabins

3 Night Minimum stay required on Holiday Weekends.
 
Holiday/Weekend rates subject to change.
Cancellation policy: Once you reserve, if you call 24 hrs ahead to cancel, you will be guaranteed up to one year to use that reservation. Holidays are the only exception to that rule. We DO NOT offer a refund. Once you arrive, you are responsible for the full extent of your stay.

BASIC RENTAL RATES
Daily $40.00 | Weekly $160.00 | Monthly $400.00 | Seasonal - $1500.00
Seasonal rate is for five months from May 1 thru September 30
Seasonal RV Winter Storage is $20 month from October 1 thru April 30
Electric, Water & Sewer Hookups included.  

50% Deposit for daily, weekly or monthly rentals is due ten day's before arrival.
Deposit of $50 for Season rates are due by April 15th.
Rates subject to change without notice.
If seasonal fees are not received by April 15th, we will assume that you do not want your space and will proceed to rent it to others.
